Chemical Peel

A woman with curly hair smiles while touching her face in a round mirror. She wears a white t-shirt and stands in a bright, softly lit room.

Brighter, clearer skin with minimal downtime

A chemical peel gives your skin a fresh start. By gently lifting away dull, tired surface cells, it reveals a smoother, brighter, more even complexion underneath. You’ll notice softer fine lines, clearer tone, fewer visible pores, and a healthy, natural glow. It also helps your skincare products work better, since they can finally absorb the way they’re meant to. It’s one of the most reliable ways to refresh your skin and restore a radiant, confident look with minimal effort.

What Can a Chemical Peel Do for Me?

Accelerate Skin Renewal

Chemical peels are useful for a surprisingly wide range of skin concerns because they accelerate controlled exfoliation and boost cellular turnover. They tend to work best for issues that involve dullness, discoloration, or textural irregularities. Here are the most common conditions they help improve:

  • Hyperpigmentation (sun spots, age spots, post-inflammatory dark marks)

  • Melasma (often benefits from a series of gentle-to-medium peels)

  • Uneven skin tone and general dullness

  • Rough or uneven skin texture

  • Fine lines and early signs of aging

  • Mild to moderate acne (particularly clogged pores and surface-level breakouts)

  • Acne scars and superficial scarring

  • Large or congested pores

  • Sun damage (surface-level changes like roughness or blotchiness)

  • Dry, flaky buildup that makes skin look tired or uneven

Overall, peels are ideal when the goal is brighter, clearer, smoother skin — especially when multiple concerns overlap, like dullness paired with pigmentation or texture.

Which Chemical Peel Is Right for Me?

Fast Results, Minimum Downtime

We offer two types of chemical peels, both of which deliver fantastic results. Which one to choose depends on your expectations and desired results. Because formulations and delivery differ, their suitability depends on your skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and tolerance for downtime.

Chrysalis Peel

A modern  peel  with little to no visible peeling

  • The Chrysalis Peel is marketed as a “next-generation” or “modern” medium-depth peel that uses a multi-acid blend similar but notably different than what is used for a VI Peel). The blend is commonly described to include a combination of active and supportive ingredients.
  • It is designed to work via “micronized exfoliation,” meaning dead skin cells are removed at a microscopic (cellular) level rather than shedding in large visible sheets.
  • The biggest appeal of Chrysalis is that it usually involves little or no visible peeling or flaking, and thus minimal downtime.

VI Peel

A medium-depth medical-grade peel

  • VI Peel is a “medical-grade” chemical peel that uses a blend of acids and actives to achieve results.
  • It is considered a medium-depth peel.
  • It is used to treat a wide range of skin issues: pigmentation, melasma, acne and acne scars, uneven texture, fine lines, and sun damage.
  • Visible peeling or flaking typically begins around 3–5 days after the treatment and can last for several days.
