Her passion for preventative health began well before her nursing career—she originally trained clients as a personal trainer and motivated them as a spin instructor. That foundation in fitness continues to shape her approach today: empowering individuals to look and feel their best through informed, personalized care.
As a nurse practitioner, Sandra enjoys educating clients about their health and providing treatments that support both confidence and vitality. As co-owner and operator of Health & Vitality Clinic, Sissi Hernandez brings more than a decade of diverse clinical experience to her work in wellness and aesthetics. Her background includes acute care, urgent care, cardiology, and nephrology—giving her a strong medical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of patient needs across all stages of health.
Sissi earned her nursing degree from the University of Maryland and completed her master’s degree at Catholic University. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a deep commitment to preventative care and the belief that feeling your best is just as important as looking your best.
